Near the Foothills of the Ozarks...

Good old Harding... It may be 100 degrees with 100% humidity, and it still would not be okay to walk around in your shorts. How I love that I can walk onto campus wearing whatever I please these days... No matter what the temperature is, the campus still remains beautiful however. Some things are still the same (the squirrells are all crazy, the lily pool in front of the Admin. is still empty), and some things are different (metal swings instead of wood, new buildings everywhere.)
This was the girls' first visit to campus, and they had so much fun running around the lawn and exploring. And because I am a Mom with a camera, they were forced to endure a lot of picture taking too! :) We also got to have a great visit with Trisha and Jason!! I never could have predicted the nostalgia I feel for Searcy and Harding, but there it is, and I'm not ashamed to admit it!

Ah, Jenny, those are beautiful pictures. I love the one of Lauren sitting "in the corner", that is absolutely beautiful. You take good pictures!

Oh, how I wish I lived closer to Harding so I can take Hayley there on occasion - it's such a special place to us. We're hoping to mosey over there for homecoming next October '09 for my 10 year anniversary.
