Lucy had her first swimming lessons today. She has been so excited, which should come as no surprise to us, since she informs us on a daily basis that she is a mermaid. Lucy insisted on wearing goggles the whole time, but conceded that mermaids don't really need to wear goggles. I think that they were more of a fashion accessory. Several of us were lucky enough to sign our girls up for the same class so that they could be with their friends. I have a feeling that this may be the giggliest swim class ever! Lucy told me that since it was all girls, it must be a princess class. Here's a few pictures of Lucy showing off her goggles before class.

Oh, those goggle pictures! We are cracking up!
Oh, we love the goggles at our house too, (or gobbles as Molly calls them). I think they are a fashion accessory! At least we treat them as such!
